The book Intelligenze Circolari explores how, through ecodesign and a circular economy approach, new products, services and systems are taking concrete shape: virtuous practices emerging in a present already undergoing transformation, where environmental, social and technological innovation is active across universities, businesses and public policy. The book also opens up to systemic and international perspectives, examining how European regulations fit into and guide the transition, alongside the role of new tools such as the Digital Product Passport, environmental standards and certifications and, of course, artificial intelligence.

The book is part of the I Quaderni dell’economia circolare series, created to explore key issues in the circular transition and foster exchange among institutions, researchers, businesses and professionals.
Each volume addresses one or more dimensions of circularity — environmental, regulatory, industrial, organisational and social — through documented analysis and real-world case studies, with the aim of fostering informed debate and contributing to a more integrated vision of the transformation underway.
